Position is to support the C&A efforts of the ITEMS Program. The following skills and knowledge are required: Extensive knowledge of DCID 6/3 and the NISCAP Certification and Accreditation process is a must. A thorough understanding of the security requirements necessary to support the various DCID Protection Levels (PL2, PL3, PL4) is necessary to support the program. Description:
Apply a working understanding of standards and best practices in software engineering and software integration to support efforts to develop and test next generation SIGINT mission applications and the infrastructure that supports those applications.
Required Experience: 5-8 years of work experience in three or more of the following activities:

WAN Operations Center Technicians II
Description:
This task supports the Cryptologic Telecommunications Operations Center (CTOC) 24x7 operations.
The CTOC Team operates and monitors the health and status of Record Message Systems and world-wide NSANet communications/hardware and software applications; troubleshoots and performs corrective action on LAN/CAN/WAN/Messaging devices, networks, systems, and related problems/issues; and provides technical expertise for the optimal performance and configuration of complex large-scale computer integrated networks/messaging systems at NSAW. It also supports the installation of new services; ensures compliancy with previously-established processes and capabilities; supports network and messaging operation centers; orchestrates/monitors the maintenance/repair action of networks/systems/outages; and coordinates/corresponds with all responsible users and sites on network and messaging health and status issues.
This position requires basic Networking and Information Technology (IT) skills with related experience such as Help Desk, Remedy and/or HP Openview experience. Associate’s degree with 2 years experience in either Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred; a High School/GED and 4 years of experience could be substituted.
This position requires a TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph. Candidates with a Counterintelligence Polygraph may be considered on a case-by-case basis but must be willing and able to pass a Full Scope polygraph.
Teams are scheduled for 12-hour shifts (0600-1800; 1800-0600) with a maximum of 80 hours for a two-week period and a 10% shift differential for nights.
